Secretary Minutes: The minutes of 08APR15 were read and approved.
Treasurer Report: Mike Lanouette reported the club financial status. The report was motioned and carried.
Membership Report: 106 memberships; 221 members; 2 business members.
Trail Master Report:
The Berwick trails are closed for logging. Watch for updates to see when it will reopen.
We will concentrate on power line trails around Baker’s Grant area. It is looking good and the trail will do Depot Rd to Waterboro.
There will be power line trail cleanup weekend of May 9th, 8:30/9:00 AM start time. The Hatfields cleanup has been put on hold for now, due to logging.

Sue updated us on minutes from the last meeting. A full report can be viewed on their website.
Prez Corner:
We have another safety class coming up 20JUN15. The instructor team is set.
The post pounder will be put up for sale. The membership discussed a price to ask $1K, but no lower than $750.00. It was motioned and carried.
