We are doing a "POT OF GOLD" drawing at our monthly meetings. Each
month the club will put $25.00 in the pot and it will accumulate each month
until someone wins. All of primary membership names will go into the
drawing. That member must be at the meeting at the time of the drawing to
win.
Bryan O Conner's name was drawn at the June meeting. He was not
present so next month's  pot will be $
100.00.
                                    Next Trail Work Day

We are planning the next trail work day on Sat 6/27/09, 9:00 am. We will
meet at the parking area by Keay Brook
  We are planning on fixing
some of the muddy areas on the new trail and correcting the steep ramp
on one of the bridges
A few hours of your time will help maintain and/or
increase the amount of trails in the area for everyone to enjoy. No special
skills are required and everyone, young and old are welcome so you can
bring the family if you like. We have work for everyone.

Many thanks to Tuckahoe Turf Farms and Sam Mick for allowing us
the privilege of using their properties.
Powerline Trail
Update

Most of the gates are
installed
.

The amount of work we
will be able to do this
year depends on the
results of two grants
the club has applied
for, one from Yamaha
and one from DOC in
the form of a municipal
grant. We hope to have
answers on both of
these in the next few
weeks
                                      Trails are OPEN
We all must stay off the new roads on Tuckahoe's property. Please
respect all landowners property by staying on marked trails only.
We had 25 people show up to help on the TRAIL CLEANUP day on Sat, May 30, many of
them new club members, and even some children. We got all the trails and surrounding areas
cleaned.
Thank you to all who helped and thanks to Norm for cooking lunch. The club and
the landowners appreciate it.

Membership Renewal
Just a reminder to all those who have not yet renewed your membership that dues
were due in January, but we will accept them any time.  Renewals have been trickling
in every month and as riding season nears we hope that it will improve. Remember it's
you folks that help us keep the trails in this area open for all of us
