TOYS FOR TOTS RIDE Our ride this year was another great success. We had approximately 130 machines with around 160 people donating loads of toys and cash which we divided between Lebanon and Berwick fire Departments for distribution. Southern Maine ATV Club wishes to send a HEARTFELT THANK YOU to all those generous ATV riders for your support. Also a big THANK YOU to all the club members who helped make this ride the success it was. We would also like to thank, and ask all of you to support the following businesses that generously supported or donated items for our raffle which netted more than $500.00 which was also divided between the two fire Departments to be used for Toys for Tots. Mel's Raspberry Patch Restaurant Torno's Power Sports Somersworth Cycle Robertson's Power & Sports Rochester Motorsports Rochester Sports Center 2-Way Communications Service Guy's Septic Bill Dube Toyota AGAIN THANK YOU ALL
Trail Work Thanks to all who worked so hard this summer on our new trails. All your work made the Toys for Tots ride a possibility and will be appreciated by all who use these trails in the future. Many thanks to Tuckahoe Turf Farms and Sam Mick for allowing us the privilege of using their properties.
Powerline Trail Update Most gates are installed and trail excavation will continuing in Alfred/Shapleigh for the next week or two. We plan on tackling some of the work ourselves next spring so we will be looking for volunteers, equipment etc. If we get enough help it may be possible to open this trail by the end of next summer so keep it in mind. It will be posted here on the website when we plan on starting work.
